1. Service-Based Policy
- As we provide service-based cleaning solutions, there are no physical products to return.
- Refunds apply only in specific service-related cases as outlined below.
2. Advance Payments
- Advance payments are required to confirm bookings.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- If Urban Clean & Shine cancels the service due to unavoidable reasons, the advance amount will be fully refunded.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will review the issue and may offer:
- A free re-service for the affected area, or
- A partial refund, at our discretion, based on the nature of the concern.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service completion
- Minor issues that do not affect overall service quality
- Pre-existing dirt, stains, damage, or wear and tear
- Inaccessibility of areas or lack of water/electricity during service
- Delay or cancellation by the customer
5. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations made earlier than 24 hours, refunds (if any) will be at company discretion.
6. Payment Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
7. Final Decision
- Urban Clean & Shine reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund-related matters.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
