Welcome to Urban Clean & Shine. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
- Urban Clean & Shine provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services.
- The scope of work is limited to the services agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Service bookings are confirmed only after advance payment, if applicable.
- The service date and time are subject to availability.
- Changes or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payments
- Prices are communicated before service and are inclusive unless stated otherwise.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- The remaining balance must be paid immediately after service completion.
- Payment delays may result in service interruption or cancellation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Urban Clean & Shine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide access to the premises, water supply, and electricity.
- Valuables, fragile items, and important documents should be secured before service.
- Urban Clean & Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
6. Damage & Liability
- Any damage caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Liability is limited to the cost of the affected service area only.
- We are not responsible for damage due to poor maintenance, wear and tear, or low-quality fixtures.
7. Health & Safety
- Our staff follows safety protocols and uses approved cleaning products.
- Customers must inform us in advance of any allergies or sensitive surfaces.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours.
- We will assess and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
9. Service Delays
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or access issues are not under our control.
- We will inform customers in case of significant delays.
10. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction only.
11. Changes to Terms
Urban Clean & Shine reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
